Please note that from 1 February 2024 Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) will transfer to new providers; Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
If the person using the service is currently registered at any of the following GP surgeries in Hampshire then the CAMHS services that support them will now be provided by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and these services can be accessed here: North East Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services : Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (sabp.nhs.uk)

Referrals for all other areas within Hampshire can be made via the forms below with the service being provided by Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust.
On 1 April 2024, Southern Health will form part of the new community mental health and learning disabilities Trust in Hampshire called; Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This will not affect referrals into the Hampshire CAMHS service or those in the areas listed above who will now access the CAMHS services provided by Surrey and Borders.
Hampshire CAMHS is an NHS specialist service for young people aged 5-18 years and their families who are experiencing difficulties with their mental and emotional health.
